I’m most useful when a problem crosses product, design, and engineering and somebody needs to hold the whole thing together. I like making the trade-off clear, building the smallest useful version, and learning from what happens next.
The evidence for that is on the build page: ten projects, each with its trade-offs and its limits stated, and each saying what I personally owned and what I did not.
- Currently building
- Vaulth AI — a health-records custody and consent platform, built India-first, where the family holds the records and consent rather than storage is the product. It runs, and the mobile apps are submitted to the App Store and Google Play for review. A Knowledge Library and Vaulth for Doctors and Hospitals are in active development. The case study has the decisions and what each cost.
- How I work
- Start with the constraint, build the smallest version that genuinely works, and leave it a sensible path to grow. I’m comfortable stopping a feature when the test says it isn’t helping, and I try to say what I don’t know before somebody has to ask.
- Where I’m learning
- Distribution and people management. I haven’t managed a team yet, and getting a good product in front of the right people is still harder for me than building it. There’s more detail on the about page.
IPeople I’d like to meet
01
A co-founder
Someone who is better at distribution and go-to-market than I am, and wants a technical partner who can move between the problem, the product, and the implementation. I know the strength I’m missing; I’d like to meet the person who genuinely enjoys that work.
02
Design partners and early customers
Doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic labs, elder-care providers, and families managing a parent's records at distance. I would rather be told the consent model is wrong now than discover it after launch.
03
Investors
Early-stage investors who are comfortable with a product at the point of launch, held to a serious compliance standard. There is no round open and no deck. I’m happy to show you what runs and be plain about what doesn’t.
04
People who disagree
Engineers, designers and product people who think the thesis on the thinking page is wrong. That is the most useful email I get and the one I answer fastest.
IIWhat I'm not looking for
Full-time roles. Agency or freelance design work. Anything that requires me to claim a certification a product does not hold, or a traction number it has not earned.
I care about useful work, honest limits, and people who can disagree without making it personal.
